Is this a new U2 song? Soon to be heard around the world as the new album is released?

I found it here.

I find it entirely plausible that this IS U2.  The guitar is Edge-like, the sound is somewhat Achtung, and it rocks.  I can hear Bono's voice over these sounds.  And imagine a song that kicks some serious ass.

Here's a song (Glastonbury) U2 performed on the 2010-11 tour (really, only in Europe in 2010).  Larry says it IS on the new album, but has been re-worked.

I think it's a "billion dollar song" as is...
